BASIC MEMBERSHIP
FULL BODY FITNESS
An overall, low-impact resistance training session that lasts 12 to 16 minutes. This includes a one-minute warm-up and a one-minute mobility stretch. This is done in conjunction with a walking and/or low-intensity cardio program. This is a free workout for a limited time, with 3 workouts posted a week.

BODY SCULPT + FULL BODY FITNESS
This targeted workout session is 30-50 minutes, with the concept of light, controlled weight resistance with minimal rest. Most flights consist of a compound set (2 exercises focusing on one muscle group, i.e. chest) followed by a superset (a secondary muscle group ie tricep) and also includes a core exercise. There are three flights per group and three groups per workout. $12/month with four workouts posted each week. There are four workouts posted each week.
